At Sego Experience, we stand by the quality of our high-performance electronics. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log into your Sego Experience account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Securely pack the device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund eligibility.
- 3.Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the device's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
